Senior Officer, Card Insurance Specialist (1-Year's Contract, Personal Financial Services)

Job Requirements:

• To actively make outbound calls to present Insurance products to customers.

• To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.

• To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate.

• Handle customer’s objection professionally, providing excellent customer service and follow up.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly.

• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Able to conduct cold calling with confidence.

• Strong sales ethics and good service mindset.

• Must be competent in handling various customer’s objections.

• Able to work in a fast and multi-tasking environment.

• Openness to learn and apply new techniques to improve skillsets.

• CMFAS qualification requirements in M5 and M9 is required.

• Ex-insurance agents or without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
