  • Provide support for offline-checker review function.
  • Provide support in the preparation of service level review & monthly management reporting.
  • Provide support for audit deliverables, KRCSA testing & BCM
  • Take on other projects related to ID Administration (OS and Biz Applications) operations when required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree.
  • Strong focus on customer services, and be prepared to engage and speak with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Able to use Microsoft office word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
