Job RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing Administrative duties.
Handles work pass application, renewal and cancellation and submission of tax clearance for employees (IR21).
Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly CPF contributions and employee’s employment records (IR8A).
Handles company’s insurances and submission of all claims (NS claims, maternity claim etc.)
Assist with submission of statutory reports and survey
Process sales orders and prepare invoices / delivery orders.
Generate daily stock report for packing of goods.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
At least GCE “N”/”O”/”ITE” qualifications
Excellent at problem solving, meticulous and possess organizational skills.
Team player with high levels of accountability.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office
