The Compliance Officer will lead the overall compliance strategy, implement internal controls, and ensure our operations comply with all MAS regulatory requirements under the Payment Services Act (PS Act).
1. Develop and maintain the company’s compliance framework and policies
2.Serve as the main liaison with MAS and manage all regulatory filings and audits
3. Oversee AML/CFT policies and daily compliance operations
4.Conduct compliance risk assessments for new products and business lines
5. Provide regular training and conduct internal audits
6.Advise senior management on compliance and regulatory updates
1.Minimum 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in compliance within payment or financial institutions
2. Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and the Payment Services Act
3.Prior experience in Singapore-licensed payment or financial institutions preferred
4.Compliance certifications (e.g. ACAMS, ICA) are a plus
