Compliance Monitoring Specialist | Contract | Shifting

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure compliance by monitoring transactions, managing workflows while adhering to SOP. This position requires attention to detail, time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scope

• Compliance Monitoring: Perform routine compliance monitoring activities using enterprise tools, including thorough review and resolution of flagged transactions.
• Operational Excellence: Execute tasks in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring timely delivery with high accuracy.
• Communication: Maintain meticulous documentation, provide timely notifications, and escalate critical issues to relevant parties. Track progress and follow up on action items to ensure resolution.
• Process Improvement: Support ad hoc projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operations, workflow, and team collaboration.

Job Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, administrative support, or a related operational role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic level), including function such as pivot tables.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and operational workflow tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated adherence to KPIs and compliance in high-volume operational environments.
• Proven track record in processing high volumes of tickets or transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Collaborative team player committed to fostering a positive work environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, within a scheduled framework of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM across a 4-day workweek.
