About the Role:

Our client, a diversified global investment group, is looking to hire a seasoned Compliance & Regulatory Operations Lead in Singapore. This role will be pivotal in managing the firm's regulatory compliance needs, including licensing, documentation, KYC, and outsourced compliance relationships.

The ideal candidate is someone who brings strategic maturity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both internal leadership and external partners.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all licensing requirements, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
• Lead end-to-end KYC/AML processes, ensuring completeness and compliance across entities.
• Set up and maintain a robust document control system for legal and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal and compliance advisors, ensuring timely responses and documentation flow.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure proactive compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support internal stakeholders with documentation for audits, reviews, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with policy reviews and suggest improvements in compliance operations.

Requirements

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal ops, or regulatory affairs within financial services, investment, or corporate services.
• Strong working knowledge of MAS regulations, KYC/AML processes, and licensing protocols in Singapore and across APAC.
• Experience coordinating with outsourced legal/compliance partners or external counsel.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
