Housekeeping Team Leader (Laundry & Linen)

The Housekeeping Team Leader (Linen & Laundry) is responsible to oversee the team of linen and uniform attendants towards achieving the operational objectives while ensuring that the Hotel’s operational standards are met.

Our Expectations:

• Takes responsibility of the functions of the linen room and uniform room.
• Leads the team members assigned to linen and uniform
• Ensure that the Par stock levels are in place and controlled.
• Ensure all dirty linen are separated and counted before going out for cleaning.
• Ensure all clean linen are checked and counted before sending to the floors
• Ensure all dirty and clean linen and uniform are go through the RFID system tracking daily
• Receives and issue linen to all floors
• Sorts out discarded linen and uniform, keep a record and informs the Executive Housekeeper/Assistant Executive Housekeeper on the discarded linen.
• Assists in inventories and stock taking.
• Performs any alterations needed.
• Conduct performance appraisal review of line associates, to be able to provide with constructive feedback and guide them through.
• Ensure proper record keeping of all Housekeeping documentation.
