Planner (Physical Planning)
You will help to set strategic mid-term land use policies, prepare detailed local area plans; and guide efforts to bring these plans into reality. Focus will be on optimising and integrating land use, good transportation planning and creating a quality and sustainable built environment. You will be involved in a variety of works such as district master planning for Singapore. You will also coordinate and formulate implementation programmes, policies and guidelines to realise these plans.
Requirements
Degree/postgraduate diploma in urban and regional planning, urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, sustainable design, civil/environmental engineering, transport planning, real estate, geography or environmental studies. In the alternative, candidates without a degree should possess at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience will be useful
Excellent analytical and writing skills
Good presentation and communication skills
Quick learners with a high level of commitment will have an advantage
Ability to work independently as well as in a team is a must
