Key Responsibilities

Testing and Validation: Test business processes and recommend improvements based on findings.

Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, information technology, computer science or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies, both traditional and Agile/Scrum.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and documentation.
Additional Information:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) can be advantageous
