Accounts Executive

Job Description:

• Perform AP & AR functions
• Assist in month end closing
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register
• Prepare & file GST
• Assist in annual audit & tax preparation
• Other management reports & ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of international trade
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in commodity trading industry
• Experience with SAP B1 preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skills, multi-task, and able to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment
• Conversant in both English and Mandarin
