Handle all aspects of HR administration, including work pass applications, employee onboarding and offboarding, document management, leave tracking, and NS claims.
Develop, update, and maintain the staff handbook and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant regulations in HR policies.
Prepare and submit government-related surveys, statistical reports, and grant applications.
Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
Oversee accounts receivable collections.
Keep up to date with changes in accounting, tax, and labor laws, incorporating updates as necessary.
Undertake additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (students pursuing a degree are welcome to apply)
CPA, ACCA, or CA certification is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in accounting and HR.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office.
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and regulations.
