Oversee all aspects of HR administration, such as work pass applications, employee onboarding and offboarding, document filing, leave management, and NS claims.
Develop and maintain the staff handbook and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act and relevant regulations.
Submit government-related surveys, statistical reports, and grant applications.
Monitor and manage cash flow.
Supervise accounts receivable collections.
Stay informed about changes in accounting, tax, and labor laws, implementing updates as needed.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (candidates currently pursuing a degree are also encouraged to apply).
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA are advantageous.
At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and the MS Office Suite.
Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
