Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:Identify and engage potential clients through methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
Client Relationship Management:Establish and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients.
Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the value of our printing and IT services.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Quotation and Proposal Preparation:Prepare precise and competitive price quotations and proposals.
Effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products and services.
Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Prior sales experience in IT, office automation, or related industries is an advantage.
Demonstrated initiative and a drive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
IT-savvy; owning a vehicle is preferred.
Passionate about engaging with clients and delivering exceptional service.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
