Air Freight Customer Service Executive

• Assist customers with daily cargo bookings for a variety of airline products.
• Coordinate with airlines to secure and confirm booking capacities for customers.
• Understand and communicate the requirements of different airline products, providing appropriate advice to customers.
• Manage cargo bookings by entering flight reservations into the system/template and ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to address shipment requirements.
• Track and monitor shipment progress, updating customers on the status as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promptly addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate data is provided for invoicing.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
