• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements.
• Promptly update shipment milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes and service quality.
• Keep customers informed of any delays or changes in their shipments.
