Airfreight Solutions & Operations Executive - WC2

As part of the Product Team, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing postal mail shipments, monitoring their movement to ensure timely delivery, and developing new routes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage linehaul shipments, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to SOPs & KPIs.
• Coordinate with overseas hubs to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Assist the Product Manager in developing new products, strategies, and execution plans.
• Oversee procurement and vendor relationships, including airlines and logistics partners.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to create value-driven solutions for business opportunities.
• Liaise with airlines on shipment details and coordination.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to meet customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in airfreight or a related industry.
• Professional Certificate/Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Access).
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent planning skills.
• Good understanding of sales and operations, with frontline experience being a plus.
• Experience working with cross-regional teams is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on weekends and travel overseas when needed.
