Airfreight Operations & Product Development Specialist - WC2

Join our Product Team, where you’ll be responsible for planning and managing postal mail shipments, monitoring their movement to ensure smooth delivery, and developing new routes for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee linehaul shipments, ensuring smooth movement and adherence to SOPs & KPIs.
• Coordinate with overseas hubs to facilitate on-time deliveries.
• Support the Product Manager in developing new products, strategies, and implementation plans.
• Manage procurement and vendor relationships, including airlines and logistics partners.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop value propositions for new business opportunities.
• Liaise with airlines regarding shipment details and schedules.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in airfreight or a related field.
• Professional Certificate/Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Access.
• Analytical mindset with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of sales and operations, with frontline experience preferred.
• Experience working with regional teams across different geographies is an advantage.
