Airfreight Supervisor - WC2

• Manage a team of junior airfreight officer & make sure the operation is running smoothly
• Process daily bookings of cargo sales.
• Source out cargo space and cost with airlines for Airfreight planning and optimization of loading plan
• Participate in regular customer meetings to review performance, requirements and processes
• Understanding of customers’ requirements, evaluations of all information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Service enhancements and process improvement on freight service to enhance overall customers’ satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and provide operations solutions, develop and implement Operations KPIs
• Manage and lead the operations team to meet team goals and KPIs
• Ensure smooth uplifting of shipment by monitoring cargo movement through and follow from ware house, doing checks at cargo warehouse, attending flights at tarmac etc.
• Planning of daily load of flights.
• Follow up with customer on any claims for missing or damaged cargo.
