E-commerce Assistant (Appliances / 5 days) - WC2

• Assist in the planning and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across all online platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key online sales metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, and generate performance reports.
• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via various platforms.
• Design, update, and maintain content across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, inventory, promotional mechanics, and pricing.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the e-commerce team.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Experience in e-commerce or with electronics products is an added advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
