E-commerce Assistant (5 days) - WC2

• Help brainstorm and run e-commerce marketing campaigns across online channels
• Track and report on sales KPIs like traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Oversee order processing and ensure timely fulfillment
• Handle customer messages and inquiries through different platforms
• Keep all online listings up to date — including product info, pricing, images, promos, and stock levels
• Support day-to-day admin and operations tasks for the e-commerce team
• Jump in to help with other ad-hoc duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in marketing, business, e-commerce, or similar field
• Skilled in Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Experience in electronics or e-commerce is a plus
• A team player with good communication skills
