Job Description & Requirements
Prompt and professional handling of customers’ enquiries.
Compliance to internal and external operation procedures.
Accurate and timely updates in system.
Efficient and smooth handling of shipments, including processing of documents, manifest, invoicing, cost capturing.
Liaison with internal, external and overseas customers.
Coordination with vendors, carriers, warehouse and transport sub-contractors.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
