Job Posting for Customer Service Officer (Ocean Freight Forwarding) - WC2 at WECRUIT PTE. LTD.
Managing and coordinating Sea Import/Exports shipments.
Follow up with airlines/oversea offices on any short-landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo
Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
Preparing of payment vouchers, verifications of vendor costings, closing of all shipment files and filling of documents.
Any other task assigned by the superior
