Manpower Planning

• Assess staffing needs and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Recruit and train new staff as needed.

Financial Management

• Calculate costs for health screening packages to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare quotations and invoices for services rendered.
• Manage corporate billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
