Management of office facilities and fixed assets
Procurement and oversight of office equipment
Coordination and communication with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely service and supply delivery, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring
Supervision of daily facility operations, including maintenance and repair activities
Provision of administrative support, including meeting preparation, procurement of corporate materials and stationery, correspondence management, and recordkeeping related to facilities
Assistance with HR functions such as insurance administration and training coordination
Performing additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned
Focused mainly on admin duties with some HR support.
