Manage office facilities and fixed assets.
Oversee the procurement and management of office equipment.
Coordinate and liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
Supervise daily operations of the facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
Provide administrative support, including preparing for meetings, procuring corporate collaterals and stationery, managing correspondence, and maintaining records related to facilities management.
Offer HR support, including insurance management and coordination of training activities.
Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned.
