Logistics Coordinator (West / 6 days / Korean Speaking required) - WC2

Order Processing & Customer Service

• Manage both B2B and B2C order processing activities.
• Coordinate closely with client teams in Korea to ensure smooth and timely order handling.
• Address and resolve customer service inquiries effectively.
• Generate and process orders accurately through the internal system.

Order Management & Inventory Control

• Issue picking lists to warehouse teams for efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on returned parcels.
• Coordinate with delivery service providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments.
• Execute month-end billing and inventory closing procedures.

Stock Delivery & Collection Coordination

• Arrange and manage inbound shipments, including warehouse storage coordination.
• Oversee outbound shipments to ensure prompt delivery.
• Collaborate with the transportation team to meet next-day B2B delivery commitments.

Others

• Drive initiatives to enhance logistics processes and overall operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in shipping, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and inventory management through keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage various logistics functions simultaneously.
• Exhibit an initiative-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
