[Korean Speaking required] Logistics Coordinator (West / 6 days) - WC2

Order Processing & Customer Support

• Manage end-to-end B2B and B2C order processes.
• Liaise with client teams in Korea to ensure smooth and accurate order handling.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
• Create and process orders within the internal system efficiently.

Order & Inventory Management

• Provide warehouse teams with accurate picking lists for order fulfillment.
• Track and follow up on returned shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Oversee the flow of inbound and outbound goods.
• Handle month-end invoicing and inventory closing activities.

Stock Movement & Delivery Coordination

• Schedule and arrange inbound shipments, ensuring proper storage at the warehouse.
• Manage the coordination of outbound deliveries from the warehouse.
• Work closely with the transport team to meet next-day B2B delivery deadlines.

Additional Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics operations.
• Identify potential issues in the supply chain and develop effective solutions.
• Resolve unexpected logistics challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and inventory through strong attention to detail.
• Balance multiple logistics tasks through effective organization and time management.
• Take initiative to suggest and implement process enhancements.
• Support various ad hoc tasks as required.
