• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and job scheduling.
• Plan and manage workforce allocation, ensuring effective coordination and scheduling.
• Uphold discipline and enforce standard operating procedures within the Operations Department.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices to enhance productivity.
• Supervise all aspects of distribution and warehouse management.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and adapt to project changes, including product modifications or delivery schedule adjustments.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
