• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and manage job scheduling activities.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth coordination and workflows.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures in the Operations Department.
• Implement and uphold 5S practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Supervise distribution and warehouse operations, collaborating with other departments to address challenges and accommodate changes in project requirements, product specifications, or delivery schedules.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
