Execution & Content Management

• Asset Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of banners, landing pages, and other assets across various platforms to ensure the smooth execution of monthly marketing initiatives.
• Shop-in-Shop Content Maintenance: Ensure all content on shop-in-shop pages is regularly updated and aligned with current promotions and business goals.
• Creative Brief Development: Collaborate with creative agencies to develop content briefs based on business requirements and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Product Listing Updates: Ensure that product details and information are consistently updated on the website in a timely manner.

Social Media

• Social Media Calendar Management: Plan and manage the social media content calendar, driving engagement and increasing audience interaction.
• Retailer Collaboration: Work closely with retail partners to schedule social media posts and create compelling post copy.
• Facebook Ads Management: Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns to support marketing objectives and drive performance.

Reporting

• Ad & Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on ad performance and monthly online results, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
• Follow-Up on Media Buy Results: Monitor and follow up with retailers regarding the performance of media buys and paid campaigns.
• Marketing Deck Updates: Regularly update decks that outline monthly marketing initiatives and performance.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor and track marketing budgets to ensure alignment with allocated spending.

Other Responsibilities

• Customer Chat Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring timely and accurate replies.
• Additional Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other assigned tasks, including managing marketing solutions on platforms like Shopee & Lazada and search-related activities.
