Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor (5 Days / Japanese MNC) - WC2

• Strong network with subcontractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
• Up-to-date knowledge of market price trends.
• Proficient in administering ACMV/Electrical tenders and tendering procedures.
• Strategic planning and control of all tendering activities.
• Identify project risks by outlining the scope of work and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on Requests For Quotations to suppliers/subcontractors to ensure timely submission of tender costs and technical data.
• Extract Bill of Quantities from ACMV drawings, schedules, and architectural plans.
• Compile price comparisons, cost summaries, and technical proposals for tender submission.
• Review addendum/corrigendum documents and update cost summaries with technical proposals as needed.
• Organize and maintain relevant documentation efficiently.
• Attend site briefings, meetings, and post-tender interviews when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry.
• Independent, responsible, meticulous, analytical, and ownership-driven.
• Highly motivated with strong teamwork skills.
