Product Development & Sourcing Executive (West / 5 days) - WC2

• Carry out the sourcing, coordination, and implementation of new product and concept development.
• Provide essential information to support various teams in the product development process and requirements.
• Take an active role in product testing and establish testing methodologies.
• Manage product performance analysis and maintain documentation, including product specifications and process control plans.
• Track product development activities to ensure alignment with scope and timelines.
• Work with testing laboratories for product testing.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering support to other departments as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet requirements for new product development projects.
• Participate in international trade fairs when required.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and activities.
