Quality Assurance Manager (Manufacturing & Packaging / East) - WC2

• Lead and guide the QA/QC team to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
• Support operational quality processes, including quality reviews and improvements.
• Implement and monitor ISO 9001 quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Work with production teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and calibration documentation.
• Ensure product quality and safety before release.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Integrate quality control procedures across departments.
• Train QA/QC staff on best practices and regulatory standards.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
• Utilize FMEA to assess and mitigate operational risks.
• Establish and enforce safety policies and compliance measures.
