Quality Control Assistant (East / 5-Day Workweek / Logistics)

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, including OPS packers, admin/logistics coordinators, and the QC team.
• Perform daily quality checks on inspection reports from Kizeo to ensure they meet documentation standards.
• Manage the distribution and revision of all company quality documentation, updating work instructions when necessary.
• Review and verify the accuracy of reports submitted by the QC team daily.
• Track and update the qualifications and training requirements for quality inspection personnel as directed by the executive and manager.
• Update the department's work instructions to reflect changes in job flow or customer requirements.
• Step in as a QC inspector to carry out routine inspections when needed.
• Perform Y7 tasks in SAP for NC crates.
• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the executive or manager.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.
