Retail Channel Sales Executive (IT Products) - WC2

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with retail partners to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling company products to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand the company's market footprint.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
• Train retail staff on product features and benefits to improve sales effectiveness.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably in IT peripherals, electronics, or consumer goods.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Self-driven, organized, and efficient in time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
