Establish and nurture strong relationships with retail partners to drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling company products to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand the company's market footprint.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
Train retail staff on product features and benefits to improve sales effectiveness.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail channel sales, preferably in IT peripherals, electronics, or consumer goods.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
Self-driven, organized, and efficient in time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
