Senior Service Engineer (Scientific Instruments / Particle Size Analyzer / Spectroscopy) - WC2

• Perform installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of related products at customer sites.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve service concerns and provide technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service support.
• Identify opportunities to secure new preventive maintenance contracts.
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and distributors.
• Prepare and provide service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
