Senior Service Engineer (Scientific Equipment) - WC2

• Perform installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of relevant products at customer locations.
• Collaborate with customers to address service issues and offer solutions to technical problems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service support.
• Identify opportunities for securing new preventive maintenance contracts.
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training to end users and distributors on product usage and maintenance.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
