Senior / Staff Nurse - WC03

• Provide nursing care, including medication administration, injections, and wound dressing.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while educating patients and families.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and collaborate with the healthcare team for effective care.
• Guide junior nurses to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Assist in administrative and clinical duties within the ward.
• Document patient conditions and progress.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Nursing Division.
