Site Project Engineer (5.5 Days) - WC2

• Oversee and manage assigned projects effectively.

1. Coordinate the requisition of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
2. Plan for timely delivery and minimize wastage of materials and resources.

• Monitor the progress and performance of subcontractors.

1. Manage projects to ensure schedules are met, taking corrective actions when deviations occur.
2. Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work, and statutory authorities on project progress, work acceptance, plan approvals, and problem resolutions.

• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely delivery of project materials.
• Ensure proper project handover to customers upon completion.

1. Administer contracts, manage claims, handle disputes, and finalize accounts.

• Provide on-the-job training for new project staff.
• Assign tasks and supervise subcontractors' work.
• Enforce safety practices and standards at the worksite.
• Resolve work coordination and technical issues on-site.
• Inspect incoming materials and equipment at the worksite.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work.
• Organize overtime work when necessary.
• Raise non-conformance product reports for any defective products.
• Conduct project planning activities.
• Prepare and manage shop drawings.
• Process material requisitions.
• Monitor and control site material stock levels.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
• Prepare a comprehensive Quality Plan.

1. Ensure all site execution follows approved drawings and instructions from architects, engineers, or clients.
2. Carry out assignments as directed by Senior Manager, Project Manager, or Assistant Project Manager.
   

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues efficiently.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical information, with the ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
• Skilled in prioritizing and planning work activities to maximize time efficiency.
