Telemarketing Sales Executive (Contract: 5 – 6 Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to both potential and current customers to introduce our IT solutions and services.
• Assess customer needs and actively promote relevant products and services.
• Coordinate appointments between prospective clients and the direct sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships by addressing objections and handling inquiries effectively.
• Deliver clear and compelling presentations highlighting product features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer engagements, appointment progress, and follow-up activities.
• Keep customer records updated and organized to support efficient communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts and campaign alignment.
• Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets, including call metrics, appointment bookings, and solution center participation.
