Merchandising Planner
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle partial accounts and data entry
Handle account payable duties including verification of vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments
Handle petty cash claims
Provide general office support (answering of phone calls / attending to walk-in guests)
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification
No experience required as progressive training and exposure would be provided
Proficient in MS Office
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good command of Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
