Oversee day-to-day operations at the petrol station to maintain efficiency and productivity
Monitor and ensure that service champions' uniforms are clean, worn properly, and meet Shell Uniform standards to uphold a professional image
Provide high-quality customer service in the c-store and forecourt, managing the team to build strong customer relationships and promptly address any issues or feedback
Manage team members to uphold quality standards, oversee inventory procurement, and ensure the station environment is clean and well-maintained
Implement and enforce work protocols and procedures through staff training, performance monitoring, and compliance audits
Lead the team of service champions in engaging with customers, promoting products, and upselling to increase sales in both fuel and c-store revenue
Flexibility to work various shifts to ensure operational coverage and success of the petrol station
Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a retail petrol station or retail service sector
Energetic and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate staff effectively towards achieving excellent customer care standards and sales targets
