Job Posting for ASSISTANT HEAD CHEF at X EMPIRE CUISINE PTE. LTD.
Responsible for daily sales and oversee the operations.
Work closely with the head chef, supervisors and managers to ensure excellent service.
Control and direct the food preparation processes and any other relative activities.
Handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients.
Ensure the highest quality in preparation of dishes.
Make sure ingredients are always fresh and high-quality.
Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.
Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures and ensure proper storage methods.
Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the kitchen and undertake steps necessary to maintain the highest possible standard in this area.
Train and develop team members in the future.
