Key Responsibilities :
Develop and drive sales strategy and plans for the Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific market, which include country and industry-specific opportunity assessment, customer and prospect prioritization.
Overall responsible for the acquisition and project management of overseas deals.
Close deals with eligible investors for projects and ensuring proper relationship management.
Own the overall sales target and allocations, as well as manage the full sales cycle from targeted outbound to deal closure and ongoing account management.
Sourcing and managing family offices.
Recruitment of associates through various network channels
Evangelize our projects at client meetings, industry conferences, and develop credibility as an industry thought leader and trusted partner in the Real Estate industry.
Collaborate with our various stakeholders to drive success in an efficient manner, aligned to the directions set by HQ.
Responsible for developing and executing on comprehensive sales and service strategy for family offices
Responsible for acquiring and building your own team in order to meet the targets set by the organization
Responsible for expanding our portfolio of family offices
What should you have to succeed?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in real estate acquisition and project management field
Personal network of clients in the region
Proven ability to significantly ramp revenue in a new business territory, and a record of managing organizations that deliver targeted sales and market share numbers.
