Information Technology Support Specialist

Overview:

We're looking for an experienced IT support specialist to provide on-site dispatch services. The role includes handling general IT tasks, troubleshooting, and user support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• First/second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows (XP–10), MS Office, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized apps
• Basic Mac support for Apple users
• Setup and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Perform regular IT tasks: PC imaging, driver updates, printer configuration, etc.
• Use diagnostic tools for issue resolution
• Maintain accurate ticket and status updates
• Collaborate with vendors for AV issue resolution
• Ensure clear and timely communication with end users

Requirements:

• Broad IT knowledge: networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms
• Flexible and team-oriented; able to work in a project-based environment
