AISB-384 Program Manager

What You’ll Do:

Own the Program Vision

• Manage end-to-end program execution: scope, priorities, risk, success metrics, and budgets.
• Align with business leaders, IT Portfolio Managers, and PMO to ensure strategic fit.
• Build and lead effective governance frameworks, including steering committees.

Communicate with Impact

• Keep stakeholders, executives, and PMO informed with regular, transparent updates.
• Lead strategic discussions and decision-making during steering committee meetings.

Lead and Inspire

• Mentor and guide Project Managers within your program portfolio.
• Coordinate internal and external resource planning and drive performance.
• Create a collaborative, solution-oriented team culture.

Deliver with Excellence

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of program goals.
• Navigate changes, manage budgets, and resolve conflicts with finesse.
• Smoothly transition deliveries into Operations and Support.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in IT project or program management.
• Strong command of methodologies like PRINCE2, PM², MSP.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Proven skills in budgeting, resource management, and team leadership.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR, IT risk, and compliance practices is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or incident management systems.
