AISB-389 Support to Change Management

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Change Management Support Specialist to contribute to the seamless delivery of cybersecurity services in a complex, fast-moving, and secure operational environment. This opportunity involves close collaboration with service owners and delivery managers to implement and maintain effective change processes across multiple service areas.

Important: This position requires an active security clearance at Secret level

Your Mission

As part of a high-impact cybersecurity coordination unit, your main goal will be to oversee, manage, and report on Change Management activities—ensuring consistent alignment with enterprise strategy and policies. You’ll operate at the core of service delivery lifecycle, with visibility and influence at both organizational and operational levels.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver and manage a structured daily schedule for Change Management operations
• Orchestrate Change Management processes at both enterprise and domain levels
• Represent service delivery needs in cross-functional and enterprise-wide meetings
• Serve as a central point of coordination for change requests, documentation, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to security and operational policies throughout service transitions
• Support enterprise-level reporting requirements related to service changes

What You Bring

• Proven experience in IT service management and/or change coordination in cybersecurity or complex infrastructure environments
• Solid understanding of service design, transition, and operations principles
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
• Strong reporting capabilities, with attention to quality and consistency in metrics
