AISB-386 SAP BI Developer

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated SAP BI Developer to join a dynamic product team supporting a large-scale SAP BI environment. In this role, you’ll be the go-to technical expert—collaborating closely with product stakeholders and key users to translate business needs into robust, future-ready BI solutions.

You’ll be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from requirement analysis and technical implementation through to go-live, ensuring all solutions meet both immediate and long-term business goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement SAP BI requirements using BW/4HANA, BPC 11, SAP BO, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Drive requirements gathering and provide expert input to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions
• Perform SAP BW and HANA modeling, and create extractions from SAP and non-SAP sources
• Develop and maintain BW Queries, BO Analysis Workbooks, and SAC dashboards
• Ensure data quality through detailed analysis and validation
• Manage authorizations and coordinate with the authorization team
• Document all technical developments and ensure smooth handovers
• Support test execution and manage transport to production environments

What You Bring

Technical Skills:

• Strong background in SAP BI development (BW/4HANA, SAC, BPC, BO)
• Hands-on experience in ABAP, ODATA, data extraction, and modeling
• Proficiency with backend and frontend SAP BI components
• Experience with tools such as Datasphere, CDS Views, Analysis for Office

Professional Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Proactive in requirement analysis and consulting with stakeholders
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools
• Team player with a collaborative mindset

Languages:

Fluent in English, plus working proficiency in Dutch, French, or German (at least one required)
