DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
Draft, update, and maintain IT documentation for internal networks, including system architecture, configurations, security policies, and operational procedures.
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness of documentation to support IT administrators and security personnel. Maintain consistency in formatting and terminology across all documentation.
Document IT systems based on Windows and Linux architectures, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
Provide documentation for both online and standalone systems, some of which may be classified and require adherence to strict security protocols.
Ensure documentation follows European Commission security standards and aligns with best practices for classified IT systems.
Support audits and security assessments by providing clear and structured documentation.
Apply PM² (Project Management Methodology) and PILAR (risk assessment and security methodology) as a basis for structuring documentation.
Use appropriate tools and templates to ensure consistency and compliance with internal policies.
Work closely with IT teams, security experts, and project managers to gather technical information.
Participate in meetings and reviews to ensure documentation reflects the latest system configurations and security measures.
LEVEL OF STUDIES:
Bachelor or Master Degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Technical Communication, or a related field. Alternatively, a combination of professional certifications and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
