We are currently supporting an organisation in the energy space to secure a Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager to support a major IT service coordination program across Europe. This is a fully remote opportunity for a motivated, organised and people-savvy professional looking to build a long-term consulting relationship and gain cross-border exposure in the European energy ecosystem.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, agile team of experts facilitating communication, coordination and process governance between dozens of national electricity transmission organisations, IT departments, and external partners across the continent.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact point for internal teams, national TSOs (Transmission System Operators), and external vendors – ensuring seamless communication and service alignment.
Organise and facilitate 1-on-1 meetings with stakeholders to capture needs, escalate issues, and drive service improvement.
Manage incident tracking and resolution processes using ITSM best practices.
Maintain and enhance internal collaboration tools, particularly SharePoint and JIRA – including document workflows, site pages, and automation.
Coordinate schedules and support project delivery across various internal departments – tracking deliverables, updates, risks and timelines.
Support user access management across tools such as JIRA, Git, and Docker Hub.
Assist with IT budgeting and planning activities, aligning tooling and services with wider business needs.
Analyse and present service metrics and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or other dash boarding tools (nice to have).
Play an active role in improving IT governance and service operations within the European energy sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3–5 years’ experience in a Project Analyst, Junior PM, Service Coordinator, or Business Support role.
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Great communicator, personable and confident speaking with senior stakeholders.
Experience with ITSM, incident management, and governance processes.
Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, and Microsoft Teams.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow or similar tools is a plus.
Background in or familiarity with the Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors is beneficial but not required.
